Suggest you find out and check the makers site for any tools that maybe available. You do not mention the make/model of your SSD, could have been helpful. If your processor supports it it could from reading fix your issue, maybe as long as it is not on the way out as per Shplad.

If it does not then can cause issues even though says installed properly. Though reading I found that you need to find out if the processor supports the Bios Update CPU AGESA code. I didn't have to resort to chkdsk /r /f /x. Today, the same error showed, this time I didn't do full scan chkdsk but a quick scan with only /r and then sfc /scannow. So each night, I have to plug the usb recovery media and do a full scan of chkdsk which is annoying because it takes a full 2 hours each time. Each night the BIOS does not show the SSD and I get the above error. I can only open up my pc each night after work. It is like, when I shut down the pc, if something like 8-10 hrs pass between shutting down and my next lauching pc, it forgets the SSD again. Then it worked, my bios started recognizing the SSD and I could boot from SSD. I did a full scan of /r /f /x with chkdsk, it took about 2 hours. Fortunately, I have usb recovery media, and I plug it in, from the repair now screen, I launch a Cmd and do a chkdsk. This has been happenning for a few days now. Suddenly my bios started not to show my ssd where windows is located so I get the error, "reboot device etc." so It can't find the windows driver right?
